What Countries do you ship to?We ship all over the world! All orders will be shipped out via DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery. We ship directly from our headquarter in Italy to reduce the carbon footprints of our activities by eliminating any unnecessary stops along the process.

Can I track my package?Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a DHL tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active. It is always a good idea to check your tracking number to avoid any delivery issues.

Do you have free shipping?• Shipping to Italy: free shipping for orders worth at least 100 euros. Otherwise 5 euros cost will be applied. All products in "Details" are free shipping. • Shipping to European Countries (+ UK): free shipping for orders worth at least 150 euros. Otherwise 15 euros cost will be applied. • Shipping to extra European Countries: free shipping for orders worth at least 200 euros. Otherwise 20 euros cost will be applied.

Do I pay local taxes to receive my order?Within Europe only VAT, which is included in the price you pay: so no extra taxes to pay. Outside Europe, yes: you might be asked to pay - on request from your Custom - import taxes according the fiscal laws in force in your Country at the moment of the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments by the main Credit\Debit Cards available (Visa card, Mastercard, American Express & Visa Electron) and PayPal, which is a safe and fast paying system for online transactions and payments. By PayPal personal informations are safe and secured and never shared with the seller. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped. Should you need to use a different form of payment you can catch me at ceo@ettoremildwin.art and we will see what we can do about it.

How do I return an order?You simply pack the products nicely with proper care to avoid any break or damage and send them back to us. If possible please reuse the recycled packaging you received your products in to avoid waste. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible. We kindly ask you to include your order number as identification.

What is your return policy?We have a 30 days return policy to ensure that you have enough time to decide.

Do you provide free returns?We do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

I have received a defect product. What should I do?Please send a photo or description of the defected item to support@art.ettoremildwin.works so we can help resolve the issue.

If I return an order when do I get my money back?We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only. Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

Do you offer exchanges?Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Our inventory changes often and specific items may sell out. Instead we recommend that you return the originally ordered item(s) for a refund and afterwards place a new order for the replacement(s).

Will I get a confirmation of my order?Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately it is not possible for us to cancel your order once placed. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items.

Is it possible for Ettore Mildwin Art to cancel my order?We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Will sold out items be restocked?We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out. This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible.

Can I get a notification if a sold out item is back in stock?Yes, you can! To be notified when a specific item is back in stock please sign up for our “Notify me when available” option located on the respective item’s product page.

Do I have guarantee and how long?We believe in good quality and long-lasting products. Therefore we have a 2 years guarantee on all products to ensure that you will be happy with your products.

Seller Identification
The goods subject matter of these present Online Sales General Conditions are being sold by Ettore Mildwin Art Benefit Corporation srl. Ettore Mildwin Art is based and run in Italy by a liquid team of skilled individuals we have build a close relationship with – together we strive to serve you and the planet in the most responsible way.

Art. 1 – Definitions
1.1. By “online sales agreement”, we mean the buying and selling of movable tangible properties of the Seller, signed between Ettore Mildwin Art and the Purchaser within the framework of a remote sale system by digital tools, organised by the Seller.
1.2. By “Buyer” we mean the Consumer as physical person making the purchases - which these OSGC refer to - for purposes not related to any business possibly carried out by the Purchaser.
1.3. By “Seller” we mean the entity shown above under the “Seller Identification” point.
Art. 2 – Object of the contract
2.1. By these present Sales Conditions, respectively, the Seller sells and the Buyer purchases remotely by telematic systems the movable tangible properties exposed and offered on sale in the website www.art.ettoremildwin.works
Art. 3 – Conclusion of the contract modalities
3.1. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is carried out exclusively through the Internet by the Buyer’s access to the website www.art.ettoremildwin.works, where, following the described procedures, the Buyer will be enabled to formalise the contract to purchase the goods described by Article 2.1.
Art. 4 – Conclusion and legal effect of the contract
4.1. Purchasing contract finds its conclusion by the exact filling of the request form and the consent to the purchase given by the acceptance sent on line, after viewing a web page with the printable order summary, where it will be identify the buyer and his\her purchase, the price of the purchased good\s, shipping cost, and any possible further related costs, modalities and terms of payment, the address where the good\s will be delivered, delivery time and the existence of the right of withdrawal.
4.2. Once the Seller receives from the Buyer the order, he manages to send a confirmation email or to have viewed a confirmation web page, summarising and confirming the order, printable, in which also all points listed in 41. are reported.
4.3. Should be missing what reported in point 4.1 and 4.2, the contract would not be considered concluded and valid between the parties.
Art. 5 - ORDERS

Art. 6 - SHIPPING
6.1 Shipping to Italy. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. Free shipping for orders worth at least 100 euros. Otherwise 5 euros cost will be applied. All products in "Details" are free shipping.
6.2 Shipping to European Countries (+ UK). Please allow 10 - 12 days for delivery. Free shipping for orders worth at least 150 euros. Otherwise 15 euros cost will be applied.
6.2.1 UK duties, if any, not included.
6.3 Shipping to extra European Countries. Please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery. Free shipping for orders worth at least 200 euros. Otherwise 20 euros cost will be applied.
Art. 7 - PRODUCTS
7.1 We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out. This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible. Anyway it might happen that sold out items will not be restocked or that limited editions have run out of numbers: in both these cases orders will not be accepted and you will be informed and possibly proposed an alternative choice.
7.2 We believe in good quality and long-lasting products. Therefore we have a 2 years guarantee on all products to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.

8.1 Our products in this website are intended for consumers only, B2C. Please do not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect anyone intend to resell our products we reserve the right to cancel the order. Should you feel like exploring a B2B option, please contact us directly by email to ceo@ettoremildwin.art and we will be glad to see whether we might fairly cooperate.

9.1 At Ettore Mildwin Art we believe in a future where overconsumption is replaced by a more responsible way of living. In every aspect of how we do business we strive to be as responsible as possible for the benefit of society and the planet. Sales relies on a business model with overproduction and hidden margins - That is not what we are about. Instead we believe in offering high quality products at a fair price all year round. So don’t come for bargains or aroused by Black Fridays fever.
Art. 10 - PAYMENTS
10.1 We accept payments by the main Credit\Debit Cards available and PayPal, which is a safe and fast paying system for online transactions and payments. By PayPal personal informations are safe and secured and never shared with the seller. Should you need to use a different form of payment you can catch me at ceo@ettoremildwin.art and we will see what we can do about it.
Art. 11 - RETURNS POLICY
11.1 To return an order you simply pack the products nicely with proper care to avoid any break or damage and send them back to us. If possible, please reuse the packaging you received your products in to reduce waste production. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible. We kindly ask you to include your order number as identification.
11.2 Goods must be returned to: Ettore Mildwin Art B Corp srl - via Luigi Carlo Farini 841 - 47522 Cesena FC - Italy within 14 days, as per our and European return policy, to ensure that you have enough time to decide.
11.3 We do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Art. 12 – Limitations of Liability
12.1. The Seller does not take any responsibilities for disservices attributable to force majeure, in case he can’t give execution to the order in the foreseen timing by the contract.
12.2. The Seller is not to be held responsible to the Buyer, unless, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, of inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of Internet out of his own and\or his suppliers control.
12.3. Beside the Seller is not to be held responsible to the Buyer for damages, losses, and costs incurred by the Buyer following the non-execution of the contract for causes not attributable to him, having the Buyer solely the right of full refund of the price payed and of the possible related incurred costs.
12.4. The Seller doesn’t take any responsibilities for the possible fraudulent and illegal use carried out by third parties, of the credit cards, checks and other means of payment, for the payment of the purchased goods, as far as he proves he had taken all the possible precautions, based on the best science and experience of the moment and based on ordinary diligence.
12.5. No way the Buyer can be held responsible for delays or miscarriages in payment as long as he\she proves to have executed the payment itself in the time and the way as long as he\she proves to have executed the said payment in times and methods indicated by the Seller.
Art. 13 – Obligations of the Buyer
13.1. Buyer agrees to pay the price of the purchased good\s in times methods indicated by the Seller.
13.2. The informations included in this contract have already been viewed and accepted by the Buyer, who acknowledges it, as this step is made mandatory before purchasing confirmation.
Art. 14 – Protection of confidentiality and processing of the Buyer's data
14.1. The Seller Il Venditore protects his clients privacy and guarantees that the processing of data
is compliant with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force since may 25th 2018 and preceding laws (d.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196). See our updated Privacy and Cookies Policies.
Art. 15 – Communications and claims
15.1. Written communication addressed to the Seller and possible claims will be considered valid solely sent to the address email ceo@ettoremildwin.art
The Buyer declares in the registration form his residence or domicile, telephone number and\or email address to where he wishes to receive Seller’s communications.
Art. 16 – Settlement of disputes
16.1. All disputes Tutte le controversie arising from this contract will be deferred to the Chamber of Commerce in Rimini and settled by its adopted Conciliation Regulations.
16.2. Should the parties intend to appeal to the ordinary judicial authority, Jurisdiction is by residence or domicile chosen by the Buyer, mandatory pursuant to art. 33, comma 2, lett. u) of d.lgs. 206/2005.
Art. 17 – Applicable law and referral
17.1. The present contract is ruled by the italian law.
